"I was so happy to see that Tnah from Sacred Passage was on Yelp! She has provided me with her services for both of my births. And I absolutely adore her. I know how important reviews are when looking for someone so here goes- First and foremost it can be incredible challenging to be pregnant, you may not have any friends or family around or just not have any clue what to expect during birth. She is so knowledgable and loves and wants to honor you, the mama. That made me feel very loved and guided. For my first child I had Tnah honor me with a Blessingway. It is a much more intimate experience than an actual baby shower, you are surrounded by your loved ones and it's not about all the fancy gifts and gadgets its about you the mama and the spiritual experience of celebrating the creation of life. I also had her do belly binding on me as well which I think really help with my tummy going back to it's place. I only did it one time with my second child and i could tell a remarkable difference of doing it consistently. For my second child I had Tnah as my birth doula. after my 1st baby I realized how important it is to have someone there to nurture and comfort you. She did things i didn't even know i wanted but were amazing!!! like a cold washcloth on my forehead during labor and making sure i was drinking enough water. just knowing exactly what to do. but all the while making space for my husband and I to connect and birth together which was really important. You did not have to say anything ,she just knew what to do. She did my placenta encapsulations as well as a tincture and a beautiful heart out of the umbilical cord, the pills were my saving grace and i actually still take them once in awhile when i'm totally out of whack.
