HERBAL BATH

Just like the revered parteras (midwives) of ancient Mexico, I prepare for the ceremonial bathing of your baby with the same depth of care, respect, and spirituality. Drawing upon the rich traditions that have been passed down through generations, I infuse the bathwater with carefully selected herbs and flowers, each chosen for their healing properties and the protection they offer. Similar to how these midwives used ruda (rude) to protect and cempasúchil (marigold) for its healing properties and divine connections, I incorporate these and other herbal ingredients into the bath for a harmonious experience for baby and mama.

This ritual is more than a simple bath; it's a gentle and thorough cleansing that supports your baby's transition from the womb to the outside world, mirroring the ancient practices of ensuring physical and spiritual cleanliness. Through the ceremonial bath, I aim to invoke the same blessings, protection, and well-being for your baby, incorporating prayers and songs that resonate with the intentions of health, prosperity, and protection against negative energies.
