I'm Tnah Louise, and for the past 14 years, I've had the opportunity to support and guide new mothers through their postpartum journeys here in the Los Angeles area . My adventure as a mother began 30 years ago with the birth to my first son on a beach in Costa Rica. Raising four boys to men has woven the most beautiful fabric of my life, and as they've grown into remarkable men, my passion and dedication for postpartum care has only deepened.
The path to this sacred work was unexpected. After a fulfilling career in the fashion industry as once director of model agency and then children's fashion photographer while raising my boys to men. I found my true calling while photographing a retreat for birth workers in Ojai. The experience awakened something profound in me, and I knew then that supporting new mothers was my life's purpose. My practice is enriched by global training. I have studied with birth workers who use ancient practices from around the world. I have traveled to Bali, Morocco, Mexico to to seek out from the wise ones willing to share their work with me. I specialize in postpartum wellness, offering a holistic blend of services that include nourishing meal preparation, placenta encapsulation, ceremonial bathing, 'closing of the bones,' energetic womb work and the sacred art of Bengkung belly binding. As a Postpartum Mother Roaster my approach involves more than physical care, it involves nurturing the new mother's body and soul. Whether through home visits or meal deliveries, my postpartum services are tailored to meet each mother's unique needs. My clients’ heartfelt testimonials tell the story of the healing, comfort, and joy I strive to bring into their lives. With a history of only five-star reviews on Yelp, I’m proud of the difference my work makes for these new mothers in their most vulnerable of times . Beyond providing postpartum care, I am a Life Cycle celebrant who is called upon to create rituals + ceremonies that celebrate all phases of life. From celebrations of life (birth and death), marriage ceremonies, and rites of passages to mark milestones for those who may want something more spiritual than religious. I am passionate about empowering young women through my Sacred Menarche program. This program celebrates the significance of their menstrual cycles and feminine power, and is designed to foster self-awareness, confidence, and a deep connection to womanhood. I hope to usher in the change making young women who can save our planet. Rooted in my Mexica/Yaqui + Irish heritage, I blend ancient traditions with modern expertise to provide a transformative experience for every person I assist. This 2025 my journey is expanding to offering birth doula services ( COMING SOON),I it. is my goal to offer my services to families traveling abroad, and throughout Europe.
